Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability and season of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement. We will use flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of a vase or container may also vary. We will do our best to accommodate the original style.

Delivery Policy

We offer flower delivery to the entire Twin Cities metro area and get your orders out as soon as possible.  We only deliver Monday-Friday and cannot deliver on most major holidays.

What time will my flowers be delivered? We cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. Outside of our local area (Plymouth, Maple Grover, Rogers, Corcoran, Medina, Hamel) will be afternoon/early evening delivery (typically between 1-5pm) Businesses are guaranteed by 4pm. If you need a specified timed delivery, please call us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate. 

What if they are not home? If we attempt delivery and nobody is home, our driver will find a safe place for the flower delivery to be left, weather permitting. If there is not a safe place to leave the item, or if the weather is not favorable, the item will be returned to our studio. We will then contact the recipient to arrange a delivery date and time. An additional $15 re-delivery fee may incur. Please make sure the recipient is available to receive their delivery to avoid the additional charge. *We are not responsible for making sure the recipient is home*

Minimum Order Amount for Delivery

Our minimum for delivery orders is $40.00, if your delivery order is not $40.00 or more we unfortunately will not be able to provide delivery services.

Get Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed by 10:00 am can be delivered same day within the Twin Cities. Western Metro Delivery can be up to 12:00 so please call (763) 416-0551 if after 10:00 am. We can only deliver Monday-Friday excluding some major holidays.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Fee

A local flower delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. This fee is determined by the recipient’s zip code.  (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)  At time of check out, you will automatically be charged $15 (or more) for delivery. 

Out of state (MN) & International Orders

We are not able to accommodate out of state or international orders. Please do not place an order to be delivered outside the United States on this website. To see if we deliver flowers to your area please see where we deliver.

Fresh floral arrangements

• Upon arrival, make sure vase is full of water. We keep water levels low on delivery to avoid any spillage.
• In 3 days, pull the arrangement out of vase, refresh with new water and add preservative package provided. Before putting fresh flowers back in, re-cut the bottoms of the stems at at 45 degree angle. This allows for a fresh draw of water.
• Enjoy :)

Plants

• Any plant with a pot cover, remove plant from the pot to water. Place plant in a sink and water throughly through. Let the water drain out the bottom. Once water is done draining, put back into pot. This will avoid the plant from sitting in excess water and getting “root rot”.
• Each plant will be provided with a special care tag for that specific plant. This will explain how often to water and the amount of sunlight needed.
